Dilip Mahalanabis, Pioneer of ORS, to Receive Padma Vibhushan

Dilip Mahalanabis is set to receive the Padma Vibhushan (second-highest civilian award) for using ORS to save lives in refugee camps during the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War.
